Whats going on ?

Okay so ever since like a couple of days ago every time I log in it says I cant log in until 24 hours are over? But I have dont nothing wrong !! Then when I logged in the next time I had five hours left. Next thing you know it starts at 24 hours once again ughhh!! Please fix this !!
