I downloaded the game but it will not let me make an account. I make a username for example “Elenapixiegirl” and it says “only letters and digits” when that is exactly what I’m putting. Fix your game.

I saw someone else comment this title and I would like to use it as well. I haven’t been active on the game in a while but like me, and many others, we are making our way back on the game and actively playing. But, with this lag it makes it hard for us to enjoy the game to its fullest!! Please please fix these bugs or please make it available online again!! I feel like it was its best while online. I know that you would gain a lot more players by fixing these issues!! I recently purchased VIP and would like to purchase a VIP package for longer BUT I’m reluctant with the lag because nothing will load on the mobile app!! Thank you!! BTW, I’ve been on MSP 1 for more than 10 years!!

Love the game but please fox your servers for mobile, both the original and 2 don’t work for me no matter what time or day i try

There are many quality of life improvements that me and my friends share the same struggle with. Servers being overloaded and not allowing us to load in on event weeks or weekends is huge. An optimization is required here if you want a consistent player base. We want to keep playing your game, we just need it to be playable. My other suggestion is to bring more activities that keep our minds stimulated and rewarded. Even a new game could liven things up! We are adults now, make a 18+ crazy cards version! Bring humor, inventiveness, and cater to an older audience. Grow with us without taking the magic of the original game out. I promise you, you all will be rewarded with our satisfaction and money. :)

I keep trying to play and it won’t let me add anyone and says I have too many friends when I have only 4 friends, says I have 264, and now it’s saying msp cannot connect? I love this game so much and the OG version is so much better, I just wish it would work for our sake:( you guys should also make it to where we can link our old accounts to the newer version if you guys aren’t going to fix this app. Please and thank you, it breaks me to rate it only 3 stars but I just wish I could play it like how I used to play it!!

When I open my older looks other people can see it but I the user can’t it just infinitely loads

Rude support told me I gave them “bad language” I usually try and be professional since I do struggle with ADHD and I don’t curse purposely as I was taught not to. But anyways If you never made a purchase on their website for an account you’re out of luck as they don’t care about you. I came back recently I am a 2012 veteran to only find out the game has so many bugs and nothing loads. They are too busy working on MSP2 a total flop of a game. Not only that there are literal child predators lurking on this game and I probably got groomed as a minor as I wasn’t taught online safety this game was NEVER safe for kids. Back to my account I am stuck on a Parental Account lock (I don’t own a parental account at all) when I redownload the app and they refuse to move it for any of my accounts. (I always followed TOS) would hate to see what they would do to kids who can’t get their account back. Oh yeah the account was verified to my email and showed them more proof than that. I showed them every receipt I had and they wouldn’t even tell me what account they belong to. Lastly, there are so many racist and bypassing of chat, rude community that it shocked me and all I have to say is they stopped caring about us on MSP thanks for ruining my childhood nostalgic return would give no stars but that’s not optional.

haven’t been able to log into using the mobile version for over a month. it always stops at 35% and says “our servers our down”. pc works fine, so idk what the problem is here. i’ve uninstalled many times, and still nothing works. please fix this.

I love the game since 2013 but I wish the app was more like the web. You can’t see your animations, looks don’t always load, nothing really to do on app besides shop an even then the shop glitches 😩

This app always been laggy as long as I can remember, why can’t they fix it already. I’d probably play it more if it wasn’t so laggy.

I’m a veteran player with an account that is well over 10 years old. It shocks me that still, in 2025, this game has horrible lag even after becoming downloadable on both PC and mobile. I should not have to refresh the game every 10 or so minutes because something is not working or loading properly. Not to mention myself and others have spent lots of money on this game hoping it will get better. I love this game when it works so so much. Additionally, adding forums access to the mobile side would make the game so much better. Please listen to us and fix it. Make MSP better for everyone!

I love you guys completely however, the lagging on the website and app makes it frustrating to actually want to keep buying and playing. It makes the game leas enjoyable. I know several people that want to play lag free but just get frustrated with having to constantly close and reopen the game and it discourages people from wanting to play. Please fix this. I and alot of other people want to continue playing lag free.

I started to play the game again as it now being active again. The only issue is that the game is very very laggy and majority of times I need to reset the game or completely shut down my computer. I know it’s not on my end as this is an issue for everyone. MSP can you do everyone a duty and stay up to date with this. Another issue that needs to be addressed is the pedos too. There are a lot of troll accounts of (male) avatars harassing women. So in regard to that can you enhance the game to be a safer place. Thank you!!

moviestarplanet has like 4 main activities, farming starcoins, shopping, dress up, and going to chat rooms to show off your new outfit, and you guys made farming harder and the dress up screen unusable 😞

so many glitches, lagging, vip subscription issues ( can’t see the price ) having trouble logging in, “ too many requests “ to pet pets for sc… please add awards to collect them and recycle bin.

the lag is so goddamn bad, it makes me want to take out my eyeballs and throw it in the trash, fix your game.

So not to long ago I was gonna purchase one year of vip, one day I randomly login in to buy vip and the currency is in a different language? “Kr”, i clicked the one year of vip and didn’t think to much of it but it wouldn’t work it would say “Error” and some other words, The only available option was the 1 month of vip that was not in a different language, it would let me only purchase the 1 month vip. It’s very upsetting :( I really love this game and started playing it again but the bugs? and lag, it keeps stacking up and getting worst and the prices of vip is honestly very expensive. PLEASE FIX THESE BUGS MSP.

literally won’t let me in the game on the mobile version. I have used the suggest username and typed in the password in the criteria. I’m literally done everything four times spent 30 minutes on it and then I used to play this game as a kid I’d have people bullying me but like that’s normal. I’d feel too poor because you have to buy this stupid membership to get even good enough clothing. I love the style of the game. Don’t get me wrong, but literally there’s no point unless you cried and worked her Hiney off to look cool in front of others and then once you get all that stuff you can just sit there and you don’t really socialize or talk unless you ask for friends then when you try to make friends, it’s kind of impossible.

FIX THE GLITCHES

I say just focus on fixing OG msp because so many of us love it so much! But it’s hard when there’s so many lags! WE LOVE THIS GAME

the app is still super buggy no matter how many “updates” they do. i get kicked out of chatrooms if i get a notification, if im changing my outfit/making a look and click the hair section, it clicks on the vip button. these bugs have been happening for a while and they've never been fixed. what’s the point of these bug fix updates if you’re really not fixing anything?

Fix the wishlist not deleting items plz

Fix the wishlist glitch. It will not allow me to remove items from my wishy. Also, please allow us users mobile users to make looks of others and also allow us to change friends avatar clothing and emotions on art books on mobile.

You all know it deserves 1 star because of how unplayable the game is right now. Yes it USED to be fun and WAS playable with minimal to no lag but now it is not enjoyable at all. Give the rating it deserves so they can fix the game because when you go on Reddit these issues have been ongoing for a long time.

I love MSP pls don’t get rid of app I beg, ik it has some issues like lag but that’s part of MSP lore, without MSP It’d just be a memory we wish we can go back to, for us this is an escapism, MSP forever

I cannot remove wishlist items even if I buy them. Needs fixed so I can add new items.

This game will always have a special place in my heart. It lags bad now and only works on my phone and not computer. Would love to see a huge update to this game one day. This game needs a comeback

The game tends to have connection wifi issues and the major problem is not being able to remove stuff from your wishlist through the app. Other than that the game is great and I miss this game cause I used to play it as a kid! Keep in mind I share my age so kids are safe! When my kid gets older I will definitely introduce this game to her! It’s definitely better on the laptop though! You guys should upgrade it to where we can do colored bios and equipping the pet like we do on the laptop! Like how we’re able to do colors on clothes and accessories, there should be a color option for bios. And then on the bio there can be a pet icon as well! I’ll give more stars if you guys improve and upgrade the game!

Man I’d really love you give u a 4-5 star review but i can’t even play it anymore, I’ve thought this was gonna change but for nearly 2 years now, this game has always been having that system down, like I get that it doesn’t have the virus detecter still on it so y’all had to change how things ran on the game, but I don’t see why it has broke, in other states they say it still works, but on the us server I can’t enter it, this has been my childhood game

I downloaded this app because I use to play it as a kid and I had purchased a one time purchase gold top off for $14 on January 23rd, after that I haven’t logged into the app for a while. Today I got another $14 charge for a gold top off so I deleted my user and the app I don’t know why it charged me again and I can’t even get my money back.
